About Me
I'm a final year IT student at CIHE Australia (Bachelor of IT, expected May 2026), with an Advanced Diploma from Queensford College where I scored 95%. My background covers networking, Windows Server, and development — but my focus right now is IT support and making sure users' problems get solved fast.
I hold the Google IT Support Professional Certificate and the Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certificate. I'm currently building hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Business administration and FreshService as a ticketing system — both tools used daily in real helpdesk roles.
I've supported real users in a volunteer capacity — setting up devices, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and explaining technical steps clearly to non-technical people. That's the kind of work I want to do professionally.
